TUNE Fever - Money Love
Hull four-piece Fever are set to release their first single of 2020 with “Money Love”. Written by the band and produced by Pat Pretorius of AOO Studios, “Money Love” is the follow up to the band’s debut single “Jungle Man” which was also released on Very Clever Records in October 2019.
Fever are James Harrod, Mitchell Capes, Charley May & Joe Gray. Formed in early 2019, this four-piece are the latest cultural ambassadors flying the flag for the city of Hull.
Speaking about the new single, lead singer James Harrod described “Money Love” as “a short burst of energy that represents the frustrations of being penniless in a relationship. Inspired by a past encounter with someone who craved money over everything else.”
Fever have already garnered the support of the likes of Gordon Smart on Radio X, who said the band are “going to be special live”, as well as Chris Hawkins of BBC 6Music describing their debut single as “a bit of an anthem”.
