Friends House is the second track to drop from Atlantic Records’ Broken Hands - ahead of a string of headline UK dates this April & appearences at The Great Escape and Hit The North Festivals at the start of May - the track is taken from their upcoming major label debut set for release later in 2019.
Produced by Julian Emery (Nothing But Thieves, Lower Than Atlantis) and mixed by Grammy nominated Tom Dalgety (Royal Blood, Pixies, Ghost)
The previous lead track (and first new material for several years) Split In Two garnered key radio and TV support from the likes of BBC Radio 1’s Jack Saunders (New Wave feature and multiple spins), the R1’s Rock Show’s Daniel P Carter, Radio X’s John Kennedy X-posure playlist and live session, dozens of regional rock ILRs, BBC Radio 2’s Rock Show, Amazing & Kerrang Radio + Kerrang TV..
Comprised of brothers Dale (lead vocals) and Callum Norton (drums, backing vocals), Jamie Darby (lead guitar), Thomas Ford (bass), and David Hardstone (rhythm guitar, keys),Broken Hands have shared stages with everyone from Blur and The Kills to Black Sabbath and the Rolling Stones, Broken Hands recently joined Yonaka, Band of Skulls & Badflower on the road and are set for a busy touring schedule for the rest of 2019, starting with further UK headline dates this month and the Great Escape and Hit The North Festivals in May before heading across the pond to open on Shinedown’s massive arena run throughout June and July - playing to 5,000 - 10,000 people a night!
